I. Background | |
NGF 是神经营养因子(NT)家族的成员,该家族还包括脑源性神经营养因子 (BDNF)、神经营养因子 3(NT-3)和神经营养因子 4/5(NT-4/5)。神经营养因子是发 育、维持和存活以及记忆形成和储存的关键调节因子。NGF 在成年基底前脑胆碱能神经元 (BFCN )的刺激、存活和表型维持中起着关键作用。它在皮质和海马体中合成,并逆行 输送到 BFCN 细胞体,触发导致维持正常细胞功能和形态的过程。NGF 可以上调几种胆碱 能标志物,即 ChAT 活性、基因表达和蛋白质水平、乙酰胆碱合成和释放以及囊泡乙酰胆 碱转运蛋白(VAChT)的表达。 |
