CCR5（趋化因子受体 5 或趋化因子 C－C 亚族受体 5），也称为 CD195，是一种 G蛋白 偶联受体，属于整合型膜蛋白的 β 趋化因子受体家族成员。CCR5 主要与 Gα i/o 和 Gα q/11 偶联，在树突状细胞、T 细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、小胶质细胞和髓系抑制细胞上 表达，并由多种配体（CCL3、CCL3L1、CCL4、CCL5、CCL8、CCL11、CCL13 和 CCL16） 激活，以促进趋化性和免疫细胞活化。
巨噬细胞和树突状细胞分泌 CCR5 依赖性促炎细胞因子可激活适应性免疫反应。活化 的 CD4+ T 细胞分泌 CCR5 依赖性 IL-2 可诱导效应 T 细胞、记忆 T 细胞和调节性 T 细胞的 增殖和活化。 CCR5 是加速募集效应和记忆 CD8+ T 细胞至感染部位所必需的。CCR5 是 HIV 进入免疫细胞的辅助受体。CCR5 可与多种配体任意结合，从而启动包括引导迁移在 内的细胞信号传导。 |
