| I. Background | |||
| 凝血因子 III (Coagulation Factor III)，又称组织因子(Tissue Factor，TF)或 CD142，是外 在凝血途径的主要调节因子。它缺乏内在的蛋白水解活性，但可以以 Ca 2+依赖的方式结合 活化因子 VII（FVII）或活化因子 VIIa（FVIIa），并通过变构增强该蛋白酶的酶活性，催 化因子 X (FX)活化为 FXa。由于其凝血特性，TF 在血栓形成或弥散性血管内凝血等病理条 件下都具有重要作用。在动脉粥样硬化过程中，TF 大量表达，并且能够促进血栓形成。除 了发挥凝血作用外，TF 在炎症、血管生成以及肿瘤生长和转移中也具有一定作用。 | |||
