PVRIG（CD112R），是脊髓灰质炎病毒受体(PVR)家族的共抑制受体，在自然杀伤细 胞（NK）和 T 细胞上表达。它与其配体（CD112 或 PVRL2/nectin-2）结合，抑制 T 细胞和 NK 细胞对癌症的反应。因此，CD112R 作为一种新的免疫检查点抑制剂在癌症免疫治疗中 具有很高的潜力。 |
